Alupanel is manufactured in a cutting edge, computerised factory facility, to ISO 9002. 
The whole process from start to finish is managed from within this facility.

We have the flexibility to apply not only standard colours and finishes, but also RAL and pantone finishes on the roll coating and backing production line. 

The finishes are imported from some of the worlds leading manufacturers of paints and finishes. Not only does this ensure the quality of the finish, but also the versatility to manufacture (subject to quantity) virtually any colour you require.

The painted aluminium then moves on to the application line, where the panels are formed and rolled. This machinery, as you can see, is at the cutting edge of our industry, and ensures that we deliver you a first class product.

We operate a strict quality control procedure to provide our clients with a quality product every time.

Whilst our production is managed by advanced engineering computer systems, each stage is also overseen physically.

As you will understand, this is a very simple overview of the process, but will provide you with an understanding of the advanced processes and equipment we use, along with our commitment to quality.
