CRM Executive:

Position Summary

As part of our continued growth program we are looking for an enthusiastic and talented CRM Executive to take responsibility for our customer database and email campaigns to our international markets.

Based at our manufacturing plant in Eythorne near Dover, this appealing new position offers the opportunity to join an international company at an extremely exciting time.

The Job

  • Develop data capabilities and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing to deliver targeted campaigns.
  • Oversee customer data within CRM to ensure all relevant information is present and accurate.
  • Manage end to end handling of email campaigns: design, build, audience segmentation, test, release & analyse.
  • Daily management and support of social media profiles, activities and posting.
  • Provide relevant, timely and in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of our communications, along with actionable recommendations and next steps from the results.
  • Collaborate with key teams to ensure correct content and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Reports on activity and track performance against our KPIs; suggest recommendations on how we can outperform them.

  • Support all aspects of data management and processes to comply with the GDPR laws.
  • Commercially minded, open and adaptable, keen to learn and grow skills.
  • Flexible and comfortable working in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment, and have the ability to take charge of your time and meet deadlines.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and stakeholders and manage prioritisation.
  • Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas.
  • Analytical and easily able to interpret data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
